Root of all evil

Money is the root of all evil. I guess not. I don't want to be hypocrite, all of us needs money. Will anyone disagree? I can see all of you nods. Haha. Nothing is free these days not unlike the era of our grand parents. Some things can be ask from a neighbor like vegetables that they harvested or long green chili to a wet market when you bought "sinigang" vegetables on the same stall. If we let ourselves be driven by money, that starts all the evil things. I know you already knew how it is, I don't need to elaborate on it. But if we will drive money to make our life easier then I guess evil thoughts will not enter or swim to our lives.

We should know how to manage and budget what we have. Though sometimes its hard most especially when you don't have income. Let's just say do birds eat because they have income? Jesus feeds them every single day. I don't want to tackle yet the street children nor people who lives in squatters area. 

Even Robinhood is not exempted to the rule being hero to the less fortunate people. I guess it's not the answer to poverty just like Erap. (beep beep). Sorry for his followers. I must say that everyone knew how to handle money its just that some people is greedy enough to do evil things.

What the king says will always be inflexible. I haven't known anyone that has word of honor. As the bible says let your yes be yes and let your no be no. Upto what extent will you stand for your word? It's like giving a promise and keep it. Though promises are made to be broken even vows can be broken. If you are known with this then you don't honor your own word. Its just a mere babbling words when repeated zillion times.

Alter Ego

Does everyone that have egos can back it up? Or will their ego eat them up every pieces of them. How does it affect their decisions, thoughts, actions and reactions. Would you stand for your ego or will choose to be right? Coz no matter what you choose there's always up for it and against it. Does God have ego?

two sides of the coin

There are two sides of a coin just like the story. Everything that happens there's always two sides of it. One is in the actor of the scene and the other is in the witness. Truth shall always prevails. If an incident happened there are a lot of conceptualization when reviewed. Something happened because of this and that. No matter what the interpretations are only the script writer, director and staff would only know the true meaning of it.

I am not in the position to tell who is the culprit of the Vizconde massacre case, who would know even the justice system wouldn't know. After I watched Ces Drilon featured Hubert Webb in I survived, I got to think if this person is really an innocent why is he still in jail. A few months later he was acquitted and six other suspects. His attorney knows how to do business with them coz he foresee the case that there won't be any similar charges that could be impose to them since it would be double jeopardy in the lawsuit case. 

I pity both Mr. Vizconde and Hubert Webb(including six others that were also acquitted). On the part of Mr. Vizconde, he lost his family and now the justice he thought he had has gone. I also hope for the best. And to Hubert Webb, he lost the most important years of his life for 15 years. Only God knows the truth in everything since He is the author and the finisher of our faith.

Masasabing ang Eat Bulaga ang may titulong longest running noontime tv show in the world, kc ung mga iba mas matagal s kanya ay hindi noontime show tv show lang. Ang galing noh? Yung iba nga ata hindi pa pinanganak ng unang ilabas s ere ang EB noong 1979. Bukod sa TVJ, si Ruby at Jimmy lang ang alam kong original mainstay na host hindi din ako sigurado kay Anjo. Pero yung ibang cast they come and go. Sabi nga ni Ryan Agoncillo, "it's an honor to be part of Eat Bulaga". Napakarami na din silang naging logo, pakulo, palaro, at kung anu ano pa. Minsan nga sa kanila nanggagaling ang mga pinapausong salita katulad ng "ikaw na" na ang ibig sabihin ay ikaw na ang magaling, at ikaw na ang da best. Alam kong mag aagree din kayo dito sa sasabihin kong, dito din naten nasasaksihan ang karamihan sa mga naging partner na babae ni bossing. huwag n naten idetalye, ika nga too many to mention, haha. Madaming buhay na din ang nabago dahil dito. Mga naging milyonario at sumikat sa mga contest ng EB, katulad nina Aiza Seguerra, Jericho Rosales at marami pang iba. Marami na din nagtangkang maipabagsak ito pero wala ang sino man sa kanila ang nagwagi. Sa ngayon si Willie lagi pa daw binabati ang EB. 

Dumadaan din naman sila sa mga pagsubok, gaya ng pagbaba ng rating, issue dyan issue dito tulad sa sexbomb at kay Tony G pero ang maganda dun hindi nila hinahayaan bumaba ang kanilang self esteem na hindi na sila muling makakabangon bagkus nagtutulong tulong sila sa paghanap ng solusyon at isinasagawa nila ito. Naging bahagi na ng buhay ng halos lahat ng Pilipino ang Eat Bulaga. May mga kritiko din sila pero mas madami silang napapasaya. Sana ganun din tayong lahat sa pagharap sa mga hamon ng buhay.

Hindi ako panatiko, hindi pa ako nakakapunta sa studio nila at nakakaliban din ako paminsan minsan ng show nila pero isa lang ang kaya ko siguruhin kahit hanggang maging lola na ako manunuod pa din ako ng EAT BULAGA.

monument

I can't wait for mother's day commemoration to write this blog. Coz I know a mom that deserves monument for being martyr (love ya mydear). She was married 18 then, stopped from her studies and haven't had the chance yet to finish Industrial Engineering because of her dedication to her own family. Now that she's 30, nursing 3 charming daughters and a truant hubby. She is currently working from sunrise till sunset and when she get back home, do the household chores. From those tiring duties and responsibilities, I haven't heard her mocking what she's been through. I even texted her once that there is a word rest; she just replied "after 10 minutes I'll sleep for me to wake up early for work tomorrow". Doesn't she deserves a monument at Edsa?

We can never compare the sacrifice of Virgin Mary to Jesus Christ. How she was dedicated on taking care of Him when He was still a baby. I truly respected her. I salute her how she handled the crucifiction of Jesus of Nazareth. She was tough yet so flaccid in facing Jesus responsibility to atone humankind that would accept Him as Lord and Savior. 

I just wonder when all these scenes happened, where is Joseph? Do you know?

We have a lot of ways to communicate with others through texts, cellphone calls, landline calls, emails, snail mails, social networks like fb, twitter, myspace, friendster(old school? haha), etc; and that's the beauty of this digitized century. The most precious would be communicating with people in person because it means time and effort.

I was inspired what I saw on one of my high school batch mate wall post; ‎"Sometimes all doors maybe closed for you but remember they aren't locked " . You may knock, call attention of someone who is inside, or you just have to open it. You'll never know if its locked unless you will not give it a try to open it. And if it's locked you are still opted to open it through destroying the doorknob, knock intensely until someone open it for you, or you have the keys to open it because you owned the room. If God closes door He will open windows and that's the beauty of all time.

Tattoo is like a statement shirt. It is an art wherein it would depict what you are, what you demand, whom you love and what you want to tell the world without saying a word. Different kinds of people wear tattoos to any part of their body. Some are simple and some are extreme they wear tattoo all over their body. There are international and local celebrities wearing tattoo, artists, even ordinary people with varieties of reason why they have one.

During the old times, tattoos were forbidden because only ex convict wore it. However in the ancient times, tattoos were sacred because each and every dots of it has its own symbols and meanings.

Would you want to have one? Where? Hmmmmm

innocent eyes

Whitney Houston sang that the children are our future. In the eyes of a child you could see the innocence, naiveness, goodness, guiltlessness, incorruptibility, purity, inexperience, and unworldliness. Their eyes are wonderfully made. 

We could tell lies but our eyes can never hide what we feel, what we want and could say what our lips can't. Eyes is the window of the soul. 

Kindly look at the mirror what does your eyes says and feel?

Rainbow is a sign that God will never allow flood to eat up the Earth again. We had Ondoy and Queensland had experienced it as well just recently. Some says that at the end of the rainbow is a pot of gold however nobody has ever affirm on it. When we try to have a happy thoughts we could search for it by looking at the rainbow. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet are those colors that capture our eyes and hearts to wonder and to wander good things to happen. It doesn't always show itself to us. I'm just wondering where does it go when its not visible in our eyes.

On that pot of gold what could be in it, jewels, accessories, utensils, coins, plated, digger? Ooops sorry my bad digger is not include its another story.

Whenever you see a rainbow always keep in mind that God is faithful to fulfill His promises.

They say that a picture has a thousand words. Monalisa is a masterpiece made by Leonardo da Vinci. Some critics says that it is his self image if he would be a woman. Since LdV was rumored as gay. Different views, different things to say, different reactions from this portrait. It doesn't matter coz beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

If you could look at a painting, picture or portrait you might have seen what other may see and sometimes others won't see what you observe on a particular view. Just like a decision we made in our lives. Oftentimes we were judged, had a pat on the back, blamed, and were congratulated. As for me, all things worked together for good for those who love God and nothing happens accidentally coz He won't allow things to happen without His permission. And if you will ask why things go wrong and it should have been this or should have been that just give it a sigh and have faith for He is omniscient and He knows why is it best if this thing happened instead of that.

On a lighter note, if I could have just one question with LdV, I would like to ask him why Monalisa didn't have eyebrows. Isn't he finished yet?

Number one

What is your priority? Relationship with God, family, friends, career if you have, leisure, hobbies, or what have you? As the Bible says where your heart is there your treasure is.

It is easy for us to enumerate our priorities. My first priority is this, second would be that, third are those who, and last priority are these things. As per merriam-webster's definition of priority is superiority in rank, position, or privilege. However, how would you prioritize urgent from important, badly needed from on demand, accident from disaster, and time from opportunity? My apologies if I gave you difficulty choosing which will you prioritize. 

No matter what your priorities are it will almost always define you as a person.

bed

King size, queen size, single, adjustable bed, water bed, air bed, messy, clean, organized, minimalistic, spacious etc. No matter how big or small it is, we always love to lie on them.

Besides comfort room, people's sanctuary is bedroom. It is where we rest after all the stress that the Earth gives, where we untangle our minds from all the problems, and where we intimately talk to God. We could do all the things we want in our bedroom because it is our own, we could have our privacy, and we could have the luxury of tranquility. Unfortunately you cannot have them if you share room with someone. However, it is always feels good if we will have someone to share our bedroom with.

Piece of cake

Let me look at your list.

• diet which never ran out of reasons why most of us can't do this

• exercise religiously

• healthy living (no more junk food?)

• no more vices

• not to be hot tempered

• forgive those who do wrong to us

• yada yada

We always do this every year and come to think of it we usually have struggle at first, then we forget it once the next few weeks we will no longer keep it anymore. I don't know, but it has always been this way. It has already been a whole year round cycle. Why can't we think of a new year's resolution which is easy for us to accomplish which has more worth than those on your list? Why do we suffer doing the things we hardly do? If you're happy with what you are doing, you will always find ways on doing it and vice versa.

Now let me take a second look at your list. Piece of cake huh?
